Our Rules
The safety of our guests and families is our highest priority. All guests will be asked to follow the rules below to play in our space:
Age limit: 5 and under.
For the health and safety of all of our guests, we ask that you plan your visit for another time if you are feeling sick or exhibiting any symptoms of illness
All guests (adults & minors) must complete a safety & liability waiver prior to enjoying our space. Save time at check-in by completing the waiver online ahead of time here.
Parents are responsible for the supervision of their accompanying minors for the duration of their stay.
No shoes past check-in area. Grip socks are required for kids.
Food & drinks may only be consumed in the front cafe area; adults may enjoy beverages with a closed lid in the back lounge area.
No glass containers.
Feel free to bring snacks & drinks from home to enjoy in our front cafe area. To reduce the number of allergens in our facility, we ask that outside food & drinks be nut-free.
The safety of all of our guests is our highest priority; guests who are creating an unsafe and unkind environment may be asked to leave.
We do not allow strollers in our play area to limit outside dirt and germs. We have space to park one folded stroller in our lobby area, but we ask that do your best to leave strollers in the car.
